1986年生まれ、兵庫県出身。
大阪芸術大学、芸術学部映像学科卒業。

無印良品のパリでのプロモーション映像”TOKYO PEN PIXEL"では世界三大広告の一つ「ONE SHOW」や、アジア最大の広告祭「ADFEST」、「SPIKES ASIA」をはじめ、多くの賞を受賞。大村市のPR動画”大村氏なんて大嫌い”では、「福岡広告協会賞」「ぐろ〜かるCM大賞2019」で受賞した。
全国クリエイティブな映像を伝える番組、NHK Eテレ「テクネ 映像の教室」「うたテクネ」では、プロデューサー/ディレクターとして参加。乃木坂46出演のオムニバスドラマ「乃木坂シネマズ〜STORY of 46〜」ではプロデューサー・ディレクターを共に担当。

Born in 1986 and raised in Hyogo Prefecture, Hayato is a graduate of Osaka University of Arts' Visual Concept Planning Department.
Hayato's promotional video for MUJI in Paris, "TOKYO PEN PIXEL," won numerous awards from One Show, one of the world's biggest advertising awards shows, ADFEST, Asia's largest awards advertising festival, Spikes Asia and others. His PR web video for Omura City, Nagasaki Prefecture, "Omura Nante Dai Kirai (I Really Hate Omura City)," won the FUKUOKA AD ASSOCIATION PRIZE's Bronze Award in the Web Video category and the Glocal CM Awards 2019 Glocal PR Video Impact Award.
Hayato has also worked as a director and producer for NHK Educational TV's TECHNE: The Visual Workshop and Uta Techne, which introduce creative visual art and filming techniques nationwide. He also worked as a director and producer for the TV drama anthology Nogizaka Cinemas: Story of 46, which starred members of Japanese female idol group Nogizaka46.
